Customer Service / BDC Rep Mansfield Motor Group - Mansfield, OH

Primary Responsibilities

  • Utilize phone, internet and email to communicate with customers regarding their sales and service needs.
  • Utilize computer system to work with customers and vehicle information.
  • Provide requested information to customers.
  • Set appointments for sales and service customers.
  • Manage a high volume of phone and email communications with
  • Assist with closing and processing of repair orders in our service department.
  • Compile and process reports for service department.
  • Update service specials on websites and social media.

Job Requirements

  • Previous automotive BDC experience a plus.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • High energy.
  • Well organized.
  • Professional appearance.

Job Type

  • Full-time

  • From $14.00 per hour
