The impact of Covid-19 and the microchip shortage has affected the auto industry. However, there is good news around the horizon. According to NADA ( The National Automobile Dealer’s Association), the shortage will start to improve after the second corner in 2022, which is just around the corner.
In fact, NADA anticipates the sales of new vehicles to top over 16 million, or at least a three percent increase. As a result, more dealerships, including ours, will be looking to hire more staff to keep up with the increasing demand.
